How a delivery runs
- 1. Specification. You send technical requirements — or simply describe the task, and our engineers formalise it.
- 2. Configuration and quotation. We select equipment and provide a costed offer, including alternatives at different price points.
- 3. Import and customs. Direct contract with the manufacturer, full documentary chain on the origin of goods.
- 4. Delivery and commissioning. Anywhere in Ukraine, including regions with complicated logistics.
- 5. Service. 12–36 months of warranty, 24-hour response, maintenance by our own engineers.
What matters for donor procurement
- Documented origin. Direct import means we can evidence where the equipment came from — a standard requirement in donor-funded procurement.
- Certified systems. ISO 9001 · 14001 · 37001 — numbers and validity on the compliance page.
- Track record, not promises. 24 completed supply projects, including for UN agencies, humanitarian organisations and government bodies.
- Single point of responsibility. Supply, installation and service are delivered by the same company.
